Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Our Refund Policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

It must also be in the original packaging. To initiate a refund, please contact us at info@thornhillighting.com. We will provide you with a return address where you can ship the product. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
